Opening Times

The surgery is open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Normal Surgery Times

The doctor’s surgeries are from 09.00 to 12:30 and 16:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

The practice nurse is available every morning from 09:00 and 5 afternoons per week.

Extended Surgery Hours

Our practice is part of a Primary Care Network (PCN).  PCN’s are GP Practices working with other Practices in their local area. By working together, we can deliver more local services for our patients. PCNs work together across larger geographical areas to improve and offer a wider range of services to patients. From the 1st October 2022 patients in our practices will be able to access health care services outside of ‘normal’ GP practice hours: weekdays from 6:30pm 8:00pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. This ‘enhanced access’ will be offered to all patients within the PCN.  The appointments will be at Buckshaw Village Surgery and are bookable via reception at Withnell Health Centre on 01254 28263
