We offer free NHS Health checks to all patients between the ages of 40 - 74.

Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Managing your health online (online services)

There are many things you can do online at our surgery.

Self-referral

Refer yourself to health services such as talking therapies, podiatry, physiotherapy and the antenatal clinc without having to see a GP first.

Healthy living

NHS advice about healthy living, including eating a balanced diet, healthy weight, exercise, quitting smoking and drinking less alcohol.

If you need urgent help for your mental health, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

If you have a hearing problem

You can use text relay. Call 18001 111 using the Relay UK app or a textphone. This is available 24 hours a day.
