Appointments can be made in person or by telephone. You will usually be offered an appointment with a doctor within 48hrs or with another health care professional within 24 hours. Urgent appointments will be offered the same day. If you require an appointment please phone as early as possible after 08:00.

You may choose which doctor to see, but when the surgery is busy it may not be possible to see the doctor of your choice.

There are a selection of pre-bookable appointments available.  Please ask at reception.  You can register for on-line access to pre-bookable appointments.

Please note appointments with the doctors are 10 minutes only. Please attend promptly as any delay means other people’s appointments are delayed. If every patient were 3 minutes late it would mean the last patient would have to wait 40 minutes after his or her appointment time to be seen!

If you require more than one member of your family to be seen please book a separate appointment.  Asking the doctor to see or advise others in your appointment slot will not be tolerated.

Surgery Times

The practice nurse is available every morning from 09:00 and 5 afternoons per week

The doctor’s surgeries are from 09.00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Failure to attend repeatedly for appointments without reasonable explanation will not be tolerated.
